Yoga classes with Vivienne and Lene in the amazing yoga space in Dedaun, full of natural light and with a bautiful view of the city. It is easily accessible in the heart of KLCC/ Ampang and has convenient underground guest parking available.

Yin/ Yang TuesdaYS

  Tuesdays 7pm - 8.30pm    A session that incorporates active, yang poses with what is fundamentally a yin yoga practice.   These yin/yang yoga sessions combine active and passive postures with breathing techniques and short meditation sequences.  The yang parts of the session consist of dynamic yet fluid sequences that are aimed at mobilising muscle and blood, while the long, restful yin poses target the connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia.  Regular attendance often results in increased physical flexibility and mental awareness.

Sunset YIN Thursdays

Yin Yoga is about long held poses targeting deep connective tissue, cultivating awareness and enhancing the flow of vital energy to maintain and restore the natural balance of body, mind and spirit.  It is an easily accessible form of yoga, which does not require flexibility, strength or balance and where the cultivation of presence, concentration and relaxation are at the heart of the practice.  Most Yin Yoga poses are done seated or lying on the floor and combined with breathing exercises and mindfulness practices.

Thursdays 7pm - 8.30pm

The Yin/ Yang Yoga sessions are playful and a make a deep, integrated and satisfying practice.

Dedaun Residence, 193 Jalan Ampang, 40450 Kuala Lumpur. The Guardhouse will direct you to parking and yoga room. 

Registration

Registration is required to attend Yoga in Dedaun. Drop-in class passes are RM 40 and may be paid cash to instructor or online.
