Coffee Morning + Talk
This talk is for anyone interested in learning more about essential oils and their benefits!
Share your morning coffee with us at RGB & The Bean Hive, while Sally facilitates a conversation on essential oils and yoga.
What are essential oils?
How can they benefit my health?
How can I integrate them into my yoga classes either as a teacher or a student?
How to run a themed Yoga class/workshop with essential oils?
Sally has been using Young Living Essential oils since 2013. After using them for only a short period she noticed amazing results not only for her personal health issues, but more importantly for her daughter’s severe allergies. She became a representative for Young Living in 2017, as she decided to start proactively sharing the wonderful benefits of essential oils with others.
Yoga has been part of Sally’s wellbeing rituals for many years and in 2017 she completed the 200 hour teacher training in Integrative Yoga with Shilpa Ghatalia from Yogshakti, keen to deepen her practice and learn more about the philosophy of Yoga. When she started her training she had no intention of becoming a Yoga instructor, but two weeks after completing her course she was already teaching Yin Yoga at OurBodySpace - and using her essential oils in every class.
Inspired by the wonderful benefits she experiences from what she has learned and continue to study, Sally cannot help but to share her practice of yoga and use of essential oils with others. Head over to Sally’s profile to connect with her, catch her yoga classes or join her essential oil education group.
