Petrina Eger is a fully certified Mindfulness Trainer. She specialises in coaching people to apply easy techniques for managing stress and anxiety, elevating their mood and vitality, and creating a more balanced life style.

Schedule + Venue

This course will take place over five Sunday afternoons: 3 November, 10 November, 17 November, 1 December and 8 December, with a break on 24 November. Each session goes for four hours from 2pm to 6pm.

We will meet in the function room of Dedaun Residence is a quiet, boutique condominium neatly tucked away in the midst of the hustle and bustle off Tun Razak and Jalan Ampang. The function room in Dedaun has a weekly yoga schedule and a beautiful view over the city.
