Wellbeing Summit for City Slickers

A roaming fest, popping up across several welcoming venues in Ampang, OurBodySummit is about enlightening the physical, mental and emotional well-being.

We are inviting YourBody, TheirBodies, OurBody, EveryBody to learn, explore and have fun with a wide range of modalities and facilitators throughout the day. Be inspired by pop-up classes, workshops and conversations, give in to temptations in our popup Bazaar, while meeting new friends and sharing a wonderful day over nourishing food in nurturing spaces.

OurBodySummit is an initiation by OurBodySpace owners - Elizabeth Buri and Zarul Albakri - to build a community awareness and holistic learning spirit in the concrete jungle. OurBodySummit is for everyone ready and willing to open their minds, bodies and hearts to new ways of moving, playing, breathing and living. OurBodySummit is a charitable event, contributing 100% of its profits to Pink Triangle Foundation.

OurBodySummit is brought to you through the collaboration of:

Popup breakfast lounge

Fresh coffee and a healthy breakfast are essentials to get the day started for a full schedule ahead. For this, we have created a cosy area by the pavilion at OurBodySpace – The Popup Breakfast Lounge.

Vegan chef and mastermind Fauzi from Sala will keep us refreshed, energized and well fed with delicious snacks, fresh juices and uplifting coffee.

Take a break during classes, grab a bite to eat and soak up the good vibrations in the popup lounge. Hangout, chat and recharge before moving over to Damai for the afternoon activities.

When you participate in OBSummit, someone else is given a 2nd Chance!

The programme aims to break the cycle by providing education to the children. We provide knowledge, survival skills and most importantly, inspire and motivate them to explore the world and strive for their own goals. The programme encourages attitude of being independent among children and the caregivers.
